Alternatively, you can measure your heel to toe length in centimeters or inches.

  1. Stand upright by placing one foot one a piece of paper.
  2. Mark the paper at the end of your heel bone as Point B.
  3. Mark the paper at the end of your longest toe as Point A.
  4. Measure the distance between these two points (between Point A and B).
  5. Repeat this process with your other foot.

In most cases you will find that one foot is longer than the other. You should choose your size based on your larger foot.
