Return Policy


RETURNS

We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return your purchases within 30 days of receipt. Exceptions may apply for products which have been discounted, reduced price, made to your specification or are personalised, certain items, where they may be not returnable.

Do note that returning the item(s) does not necessarily warrant a refund from JUNE&RIGA. Proof of returning the item does not qualify as a return, exchange or refund.

We strongly recommend you use a reputable courier service which will enable tracking of the return package to safeguard your purchase.

Upon receiving the item(s), our team will assess the condition of the item(s) and will be in touch with you to confirm if the return is acceptable for an exchange or refund.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM OR AN ENTIRE ORDER

STEP 1

Using the enclosed invoice that came with the package, indicate which item(s) you wish to return and the reason why.

STEP 2
Insert the invoice with the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging. Make sure the security tag that states “NOT RETURNABLE IF TAG IS REMOVED” is still intact and not tempered with.

STEP 3
Properly pack and seal the package.

STEP 4
Choose a reputable courier company and send the item properly packaged and securely sealed to

STEP 5
Retain your proof of postage as a safeguard for your shipment

STEP 6
Once we have received the package, we will confirm receipt via the email you have provided at time of purchase.

STEP 7
All approved returns will be credited as soon as possible (currency, account and payment method as used for original purchase).

RETURN CONDITIONS

All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been used, worn, washed or altered, and with security tags that state “NOT RETURNABLE IF TAG IS REMOVED” still attached.

Merchandise must be returned in one package.

We can only accept returns from the country to which an order was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered to Malaysia must be returned from Malaysia. Import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense.

The return shipping fee (including import and shipping fees) is to be borne by the customer.

Reduced price, discounted, promotional, customised and/or personalised items cannot be returned.

You are responsible for properly packaging, labelling and shipping your product to us.  Please retain your proof of postage as a safeguard for your shipment. Please note that in the event that you choose another courier or shipping service to return your item.

In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may send it back to you.

REFUNDING THE PURCHASE

Once the return has been checked by our team, you will receive an email regarding the returned items. We will refund (in full or in part) as quickly as possible.

Please note:

The refund (in full or in part)  is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made.

The refund (in full or in part) is always credited in the same currency as the original purchase.

The refund (in full or in part) is always credited to the purchaser’s account.

The refund (in full or in part) will not include delivery costs you have already paid. In certain cases, you may be charged a delivery fee for a substitute item.

The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method or your credit card provider.

If your purchase was made with a promotional voucher/code, you will receive a refund only for the amount paid—that is, the amount charged after the voucher was applied. Furthermore, the promotional voucher/code will no longer be valid nor replaced.

If the purchase was made with a promotional voucher and is returned partially, you will receive a refund proportionately reduced by the value of the voucher.

We may withhold reimbursement (in part or in full) until we have received the products back even though you may have informed us of your intention to return via email prior to mailing the item back to us.
